FSC houten vloeren

Te koop:
FSC gecertificeerde vloeren voor project ontwikkelaars, interieur bouwers, kantoor inrichters.

• Lage prijzen want ex fabriek, minimum bestelling is een 20 ft container (ongeveer 50% korting op retail prijzen - dat scheelt dus al snel € 20.000 per container!).
• Gelakt, dus kant en klaar om te leggen - dit scheelt veel tijd en geld.
• NIBO faciliteert haar deelneming hierbij omdat er in Nederland geen leveranciers zijn.

Specificaties FSC gecertificeerde teak vloeren:

Strips and planks (tongue and groove)

• Strips are 5,7 centimetres wide (2 ¼ "), 16 mm (5/8") thick, and random length from 30 to 120 cm (1' to 4')
• Planks are 8,25 centimetres (3 ¼") wide, 16 mm (5/8") thick, and random length from 30 to 120 cm
• Tongue and groove on 4 sides
• Finishing process: initial sanding with 150 and 180 grip, 5 coats of sealer; sealer sanded with 360 grid, 2 coats of lacquer
• Sealer and lacquer are 100% polyurethane, with aluminium oxide added. This means a very durable and resistant floor.

Packaging:

• Strips: 32 pieces per box covering 1.25 m2 (13.5 square ft), each box weighs 11.5 kg (25.3 lbs)
• Planks: 21 pieces per box covering 1.2 m2 (13.0 square ft), each box weighs 11.5 kg (25.3 lbs)
• Per 20 ft container: 1160 m2 = 16 pallets of 60 boxes each, for a total of 960 boxes.
• Per 40 ft container: 2,175 m2 = 30 pallets of 60 boxes each, for a total of 1,800 boxes.

Price:

• € 21,50 / m2 delivered for the 2 ¼" (5.7 cm wide)
• € 23,50 / m2 delivered for the 3 ¼" (8,25 cm wide)

Wide planks

• Width: 12 cm (4 3/4 ")
• Length: random length (30 - 120 cm)
• Thickness: 16 mm (5/8")
• Tongue and groove on 4 sides
• Factory finished

Packaging:

• Each box contains 0.88 m2
• 20' container: 16 pallets of 80 boxes, boxes, for a total of 1280 boxes. 1126 m².
• 40' container: 30 pallets of 80 boxes, for a total of 2,400 boxes. 2,112 m².

Price:

• € 25,50 / m2 delivered for the 12 cm wide planks.

These prices are delivered to the port closest to the customers' warehouse. The prices are valid for 40' container orders. For 20' container, a surcharge of € 1 per square meter must be added.
In case of unfinished floor (€ 2 per m² discount), is important to remark that the product will be sanded at the factory, which still saves a lot of work to the installer.
